We are proud to have you as part of our team. To ensure continued success, we feel it is important that all crew members understand our policies and procedures. This page will familiarize you with the various aspects of working with us clicking in the bottoms below.

 

Description of Employee Handbook: It contains information about the employment policies and practices of MXNUTRISHOP. We expect each employee to read this Employee Handbook carefully, as it is a valuable reference for understanding your job and the Company. This Handbook supersedes all previously issued and inconsistent verbal or written policy statements. Our company reserves the right to revise, delete and add to the provisions of the Employee Handbook. However, all such revisions, deletions or additions must be in writing. No oral statements or representations can change the provisions of this Crew Member Handbook. Furthermore, no manager or supervisor has any authority to enter into a contract of employment, express or implied, that changes or alters the at-will employment relationship. Only MXJAPAN Co., Ltd. has the authority to enter into an employment agreement that alters the at-will employment relationship, and any such agreement must be in writing signed by that individual. Not all of our policies and procedures are set forth in this Employee Handbook. We have summarized only some of the more important ones. If you have any questions or concerns about the Employee Handbook or any other policy or procedure, please ask Fernando A. Olsen, CEO of MXJAPAN Co., Ltd. The Handbook does not prohibit protected conduct or communications relating to your wages, hours or working conditions, or any other conduct protected by Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act.
